In an effort to highlight the value of online training in collision repair, your association is offering a Refresher WHMIS course online at no charge.
This course is designed as an assist to staff that have previous WHMIS training and need a refresher.

ATTENDING NACE? DROP BY OUR BOOTH
Members of the collision repair trade association are welcome to visit the National Automotive Trades Association (NATA) booth (number N8740) at NACE being held in Las Vegas from November 6th to the 8th this year. A number of collision repair trade associations are represented, including the Hamilton District Autobody Repair Association and www.ciia.com from Ontario.

NEED COMPLIANCE ASSISTANCE TRANSITIONING TO WATERBORNE?
Your Association features the new Ministry of Environment screening tool for waterborne paint. In most cases, this will replace the need to hire an engineer or consultant in order to obtain your new mandatory Certificate of Approval. This new process is quicker and not as costly as the previous process.

MANDATORY TRAINING
ALL facilities that installed a new or modified an existing paint booth (including those using waterborne paints), must have one person from management and all painters complete the mandatory Profit from Good Environmental Management training course.
