This form can be used for any Collision Repair and Auto Refinish Facility within the City of Toronto to qualify to be listed for all motorists to view at the three Collision Reporting Centres (CRC) in the city. Toronto municipal bylaws prohibit anyone within the centres recommending a repair facility to motorists. Only the list of shops below can be supplied to motorists at the CRC
